Central minister Chiranjeevi is touring East and West Godavari districts. Chiranjeevi who arrived at Gannavaram airport this morning has reached Eluru by road. He inspected the crops damaged due to floods, which were caused by cyclone Neelam. He has even distributed the essential goods to the flood victims. Later, he spoke to them and ensured them that he would speak to prime minister over the same to provide a better relief. Also, he said he knew the problems of farmers.

The political observers said that looking at the people's amazing response for Chiru's tour, Congress would surely be retaining its power in 2014 only if Chiranjeevi is made chief minister candidate in 2014. Also they said since Chiranjeevi came from an economically poor background, he knew the problems of the public and can serve better to the public with whatever resources that are available. One has to wait and watch whether Congress high command will fulfill the wishesh of Andhra Pradesh people.
