Welcome back with a Spanish good morning. Its quite a refreshing morning out here in Hyderabad. Everything looks energetic and inspiring, especially with the thought about the exhilarating Saturday night freak out on the agenda. Work will fly like anything today, on target and perfect. But before we get into too much excitement, lets have a quick glance at the important news for the day....

World-Aids-Day-03Day's Importance: International World Aid's Day (WAD)- December first is marked as the WAD to raise the awareness about this pandemic. Globally there are nearly 3.40 crores suffering from this disease. It is considered as the most destructive epidemic in the history of mankind. The Red Ribbon is our solidarity with the patients who are suffering from this disease without discrimination.

 

World-Aids-Day-04History Amuses: At times certain amusing facts are revealed in History. Today has a significance which many of us might not have given a thought either. Remember the cool drink that quenches your thurst and gives you the pep was first served on this day in 1885. Dr Pepper was offficially served drink, today and later Cola in 1886.

 

World-Aids-Day-05Celebrity birthday: Singer Udit Narayan celebrates his birthday today. Wishesh wishes the singer a very special birthday that leads him into a more succesful future. He is a renowned singer who has made his mark in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and many other Indian languages.

 

World-Aids-Day-06Tirupati: Devotees rush is normal in the temple town. This morning nearly eight compartments were filled with the average time for darshan barely five hours. The number of piligrims who visited the shrine on Friday were 58,441. Karthika Vana Bhojana would be celebrated tomorrow (December 02) in the temple. The authorities announced that other than the morning Suprabhata seva and Vishesha Pooja all other Arjitha Sevas are cancelled for the day.

 

World-Aids-Day-07Hyderabad: Second day Assembly sessions begin in Hyderabad. The house would take up for discussion on the SC, ST sub plan which is top on the agenda. The house started after observing two minute silence mourning the death of the former Prime Minister I K Gujral.

 

 

World-Aids-Day-08Padayatra: TDP Chief N Chandrababu Naidu on his Vastunna Mee Kosam, treks in the Nizamabad district for the fourth day today. The veteran shall be starting from  Mylavaram cross roads and end up at Kodicharla. Enroute the veteran will be addressing many groups.

 

 

World-Aids-Day-09On the other hand, YSR Congress party leader Sharmila on her 'Maro Praja Prasthanam would be treking in the Mahbubnagar district and the stretch she would be covering is 18.6 kms for the day. She would commence har walk from Allipuram and end up at Nellikonda.

 

 

World-Aids-Day-10National: Former Prime Minister I K Gujral passes away on Friday. The nation mourns his death.  With barely four days more for his birthday, the veteran died of multi organ failure after suffering from a lung infection.  He was the 12th Prime Minister of India from April 1997 to March 1998. He was a respected statesman with admirers cutting across party lines.

 


World-Aids-Day-11ID must for Rail travel: From today the Indian railways would be very strict on passengers who travel without proper identity. Either of the ID proofs are required to be carried by passengers travelling by reserved compartments. Railways has mooted on this idea to curb misuse of reservation facility by some dubious travel agents. For a hassle-free safe travel carry your ID proof. Either a voter ID, card, pan card, ration card, Aadhar, driving license or any other government issued proof, original is must.

 

World-Aids-Day-12Vulture in Culture: The Parsis feel that the dead devoured by the vultrures would have a peaceful  death. Due to the absense of vultures many Parsis living in Mumbai are cremating the mortal remains of the dead. To revive the vuture culture, the Parsi community intends to build two aviaries at one of its most sacred sites so the giant scavengers can once again devour human corpses. The sites would be ready by 2014.

 

World-Aids-Day-1330,000 weddings in Delhi:  The roads in the national capital and the adjacent Gurgaon are all blocked with traffic. Friday was considered as the most auspicious ady for weddings and nearly 30,000 weddings are scheduled in these two places alone.

 

 

World-Aids-Day-14International:  Hope for humanity, an international NGO distributes winter coats to the needy students in Prince George County Springhill Lake Elementary School in Maryland county in America. Nearly 100 students would be benefitted by the initiative.  

 

 

World-Aids-Day-15Entertainment: Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum is the most absorbing film from filmmaker Krish's stable. This film has brought out the best in 'Macho man' Rana Daggupati and sensuous Nayantara. The film released on Friday has won the acclaims of the film critics while roaring at the box office. A must watch for the week ends with family.

 


World-Aids-Day-16Tollywood's top gosip: Energetic TV anchor Udhaya Bhanu will again don the item avatar for 'Bhai'.  The film which has Nagarjuna and Richa Gangopadhyaya in the lead is speculated to have the voluptous bomb to do an item number.

 

 

World-Aids-Day-17Sports: Former Team India captain and ace spinner Anil Kumble supports Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar during his worst lean patches in career. The Master has been criticised avidly for his poor performances in the recent times and even recommended by many to consider retirement.
