Oh Great it is Monday, we are back at work. Let's start the day with an Italian greeting. Some times staying lazy is fine for a day but if we try for a second we get bored after being in the thick of things all your life. Till some time back most males were worried about the retirement syndrome. This was the period that they were supposed to stay in their cozy homes with having nothing to do worth while. The rich worked on charities and the poor used to wriggle under vices. However the middle class used to try an alternative part-time employment which was no way at par with their earlier full-time one, yet was needed to add to the financial budget of the house. But the advent of internet changed the way we look at things. Now those boring days could be converted into live online coaching or consultancy assignments which should be paying one better than a 9 to 5 job. That's the silver lining of the day.

Thought for the day: 'Do not trouble the trouble until the trouble troubles you...' Well stay clear from issues that could get you into problems. Human is the only living thing in nature who is blessed with abundant logical skills and memory. Just get back for while... think about the pros and cons and then get ready to jump if pros outweigh the cons. All the best for the week ahead...

Calamity of the day: On this day a man-made calamity was staged by Pakistan through 'Operation Chengiz Khan,' in  1971. It was a war againt India that lasted for just 13 days and was followed by a treaty of surrender by the offensive country. Pak struck 11 Indian airbases and full scale war that claimed many lives began.

Padayatra: TDP Chief N Chandrababu Naidu on his Vastunna Mee Kosam will be succesfully completing 1000 kms on the 63rd day, today. Mr Babu embarked on this massive walkathon on October 02 to seek public support to weed away corruption. He has covered 26 constituencies and walked through 430 villages in five districts. Today's padayatra will be an occassion to commend the leader on his achievement.

On the other hand, YSR Congress party leader Sharmila on her 'Maro Praja Prasthanam would be treking in the Mahbubnagar district. The YSRCP leader will commence her walk from Devarakandra village and reach Dharmapuram village to night, covering a stretch of over 16 kms for the day. Enroute she will be addressing many groups, along with the area leaders.

Hyderabad: The State Assembly will go down in history by enacting the nation's first ever legislation for implementing sub-plans for SC and ST sections. The act was introduced on Sunday that was supported by the oppostions without much dissidence. It will be effective from 2013-2014 fiscal year and will be implemented in the next budget. Kiran Sarkar wins over the confidence of the downtrodden with this magnanimous gift to them. The TDP wanted an amendment over the legislation but the majority of the house rejected the appeal last night.

Telangana: TRS supremo K Chandrasekhar Rao and Vijayasanthi will be visiting the national capital to discuss about the prospects of the seperate state formation with the Congress led UPA leaders and then deicde their future course of actions. The MPs are speculated to meet the NDA leaders as well. Will this be a move by the TRS to keep distance with UPA and get cozier with NDA?

Entertainment: Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum is ripping box office across with roaring success. Rana Daggupati is paired with glamour doll Nayantara in this film directed by Krish.

Cosmic marvel: A celestial spectacle will be visible to a naked eye, today. Jupiter would appear on the eastern horizon after the sunsets and the image would be clearly visible. An hour after sunset the planet would appear moving from the east and reach the south by the predawn hours of Tuesday. The cosmic delight was last seen 13 years back and was due to the planet getting closer to the earth. The largest after the sun, Jupiter would be a cynosure to stargazers on Monday night. The last such marvel was spotted onSeptember 20, 2010. the next would be in 2022, say experts.

National: Inspite of avid dissentions in the BJP over the projection of the Gujarat CM Narendra Modi as the prime minister candidate for 2014 general elections, senior leader L K Advani blessing were with Modi. The senior who was not seeing in eye with the Guj CM, said that an younger one who turns capable of handling the family well is a pride to the seniors of the family. Infact the senior leader was considered as a mentor to the Guj CM till they parted ways in 1986. but this sudden words of appreciation by the veteran means that Modi would be unopposed, atleast strongly.

Sports: 'Tendulkar stumped by Osama', this story was going viral across the info highway. Well in reality Sachin Tendulkar was on a visit to Pakistan and visited his ailing fan in a hopsital. After enquiring about his health the little master asked him the name, "Osama' came the reply, the off-beat name stumped the master blaster that became a cherished moment in his life.
