A large number of advocates from Telangana region have staged a protest in front of Congress senior leader KK's residence in Hyderabad. The lawyers expressed their anguish against the Centre for calling two members from each party for the all party meeting, which will be taking place on December 28. Further, they demanded Keshav Rao to exert pressure on the Centre such that it alters its decision and limits the number of representatives from each party to one.
Also, advocates demanded that only party president should go to the all party meeting. Meanwhile, Governor ESL Narasimhan has met prime minister Manmohan Singh and the union home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde and apparently discussed Telangana issue. One has to wait and watch as to what would take place on December 28. Will this meeting become last meeting to discuss the statehood issue or will Centre buys further time have become two important questions that have been widely debated.
