The Delhi gang rape incident has shook not just Delhi but even in Hyderabad. Several students protested against the heinous incident and demanded justice to the victim. With reference to the same, PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana plunged into the action. He has assured of justice to the victim. Botsa Satyanarayana has said that UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi has taken up the gang rape issue very seriously and justice would be delivered as soon as possible.

On the other hand, fast track court is going to begin its probe on gang rape case from January 3. The sources said that the case would be wrapped up with in a month and culprits would be punished severely soon. Here in Hyderabad, PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana-while assuring action against culprits-appealed to the people in the state to be alert while moving in the dark.
