TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu has reiterated that he was not against the demand of statehood for Telangana. He said even in future he would not utter anything against the proposal of the formation of separate state. To make a point, Chandrababu Naidu has said that he gave a letter to the centre in 2008 in support of formation of Telangana state. Also, Babu said he doesn't have the power to carve out a separate state.
Speaking about development of Telangana, Babu stressed that Hyderabad city was developed during TDP regime and investments rose during his tenure as the chief minister of the state. It may be noted that Chandrababu Naidu denied to say Jai Telangana when a few TRS leaders yesterday demanded the same. Regarding the same, Babu today cleared the alleged misconceptions in the air yet another time.
