The union home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde spoke to the media after the conclusion of the all party meeting. Shinde said he was satisfied with the meeting and said the meeting went in a peaceful atmoshphere. Further, he said all political parties maintained cordial relations in the meeting and he extended his thanks to all political parties over the same.
Shinde was, however, reluctant to tell which party spelled out what in the meeting. He was in all smiles while addressing the media, which gave a hint that Centre was now all clear to solve Telangana issue. BJP state president Kishan Reddy, nonetheless, reveal what happened in the all party when he spoke to the media. According to him, these were the demands of the party
-
Two from Congress said different opinions
-
CPM supported unified statements
-
MIM supported unified, but if bifurcation is inevitable then it demanded to carve out Rayala Telangana
-
YSRC was mum
-
Remaining political parties supported statehood for Telangana
Now everyone's attention turned towards the decision that would be taken in a month. What would that decision be? Will the Centre keep the state in tack or take into count the majority versus minority formula amongst political parties? What's going to happen in a month? So many questions are there on minds of common people. Let us keep our fingers crossed to know how Centre would put an end card to the issue.
