Anantapuram police are taking strong steps to nab Paritala Sri Ram (the son of late Paritala Ravindra) who is an accused in attempt to murder of Congress leader K Sudhakar Reddy. The district SP Shahnawaz Qasim has said that three teams have been deployed to trace and nab Sri Ram. A man hunt is going on in Karnataka too, added the SP. The police apparently suspected that Paritala Sri Ram might be hiding in Karnataka, which is close to Anantapur district.

The police even said that search was going on in airports to catch Sri Ram in case he tries to fly to other states. The SP has also said that the attempt to murder case was filed based on the revelations by the three suspects who were nabbed near Dharmavaram with sickles and other arms. While 13 persons allegedly hid near Dharmavaram to reportedly attack Congress leader, three were nabbed and 10 fled from the spot.

The observers said that it's the complete responsibility of police to ensure that faction death don't hit the headlines because people in the state no more want to see another episode of Ram Gopal Varma's Raktha Charithra and they are apparently sick with songs like katthulatho savasam, nethituto samaptham.
