TRS Greater Hyderabad secretary P Laxman lodged a complaint against the MLA on Sunday at the Chatrinaka police station wherein Charminar MLA Pasha Quadri had made disparaging comments about Mahatma Gandhi's idol at the assembly.

In fact, Chatrinaka inspector G Narayana Reddy said that the content of Quadri's speech at Ruby function hall in Jagityal on January 17 needs to be examined and appropriate action being taken thereafter.

It seems a case has already been booked against the MLA at the Jagityal police station in relation to the speech.
