Another bout of butterflies for the public living in the twin cities. On Tuesday (January 22) at the press club in Hyderabad, the Telangana Joint Action Committee Chairman Gajjala Kantham unleashed the wall poster for the Maha Dharna planned on January 24.
He said that the Dharna would be organized at the Indira park in the city to show their aspiration of Telangana state, to the Congress high command. He also requested the Seemandhra leaders to cooperate in this regards to make their dream come true. They should also stand by their commitment of nodding their approval over the issue at the all-party-meet held on December 28.
The Congress high command is to announce a favourable solution for the Telangana formation on or before January 28. According to wide speculations the party might plan a 3 state formula by imposing central rule on Hyderabad, in addition of to the ten district Telangana and the rest being Andhra Pradesh.
As per another speculations, Congress is approving a plan on the lines of 'Telangana Territorial Administration similar to the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration.
While the Seemandhra leaders are opposing any move to divide the unified state, the Telangana leaders all out set to get their share of the cake. (Wishesh AarKay)
