Enforcement Directorate Court has granted permission to the Enforcement Directorate to take assets of which are worth Rs. 122 crore into its control in connection with Jaganmohan Reddy's money laundering case. It is known that ED, which is probing Jagan case under money laundering violation, has attached several properties including Rs. 51 crores and Rs. 71 crores.
The court has finally said that ED can take complete control of these assets. This would simply mean that the respective managements will no longer be entitled to use or have any right on that property.
These are the details of the properties:

13 acres of land that belongs to Janani Infra

Rs. 14.5 crore fixed deposit of Jagati Publications

96 acres of land that belongs to Aurobindo Pharma and three crore rupees fixed deposits

35 acres of land that belongs to Hetero Drugs
