Telangana joint action committee chairman Prof Kodandaram's daughter Maithri is all set to enter into wedlock in the United States of America. As per the reports, it's going to be an inter-caste marriage. Maithri, who reportedly completed her bachelors in mechanical engineering has left for United States of America where she's been working. Her would be, who was apparently her childhood friend, was also working in USA. Since the parents on either sides nodded for the wedding, Maithri would marry Sujeev, who hails from Miryalaguda at Houston on March 3.
Kodandaram is scheduled to leave for US on March 3 and return to Hyderabad only on March 6. It is known that Kodandaram, who is government professor, has been steering the joint action committee, an association of bodies to fight for statehood cause for Telangana region. Notably, Kodandaram earlier came under criticism for steering such committee being a government employee. If we go by what observers say, his visit to US for personal reasons might put in news again.
