YSRC leader and sister of Jaganmohan Reddy, Sharmila has pulled up her socks for strengthening YSR Congress. While the party supremo is still behind the bars-under judicial custody-his sister is going ahead with a series of boons that would apparently attract any average farmer for sure. During her padayatra episode number 02 at Guntur, Sharmila has almost given an abhayahastam to the locals out there by making attracting vows (although all political vows are attractive).
Sharmila asked farmers not to lose their hearts. Jagannanna (that's how she addresses her brother), according to her, would purchase the paddy of farmers for minimum support price if the situation needs. She has also took on TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu and alleged that Babu apparently adopted step motherly treatment towards farmers. She asked public to teach a lesson to Chandrababu Naidu and chief minister Kiran Kumar.
While appealing farmers not to lose their hearts, she said that Raithu Rajyam (farmers' regime) would come soon after Jagan comes to power. The observers said that Sharmila seemed to be quite confident about YSRC's victory. While Chandrababu is going so strong with padayatras and smart alliances, how can YSRC gain confidence with Jagan still sitting behind bars? Time alone has answers to some questions.
