The CBI court has granted permission to Vijayasai Reddy, the accused in illegal assets case, to leave Hyderabad. It is known that ED summoned Vijayasai in connection with money laundering case for appearing before it on April 2, Vijayasai sought CBI Court's permission. Since CBI court granted bail to Vijayasai on condition that he should not leave Hyderabad, he took this permission.

In the wake of Vijayasai Reddy's daughter's marriage and also ED's summons, the court granted permission to Vijayasai. So, Vijayasai is going to appear before ED on April 2. On the other hand, Vijayasai also moved another petition seeking court's permission for removing his name from one of the chargesheets filed by CBI. The court has adjourned the hearing on this petition to March 25.
