Telugu Desam Party leaders criticizing Kadiam Srihari who left the party to join Telangana Rashtra Samiti was questioned by Chittor MP of the party N Siva Prasada Reddy.
Siva Prasada Reddy says that simply because Kadiam has left the party, he should not be termed as a traitor. He might have gone in the interests of his own political future after all! He also questions who is not a defector in TDP- sounding Chandra Babu Naidu. One way the party says that there is no damage done by Srihariās defection. And again he is found fault for leaving the party!
Siva Prasad suggests that if the trend of defections due to dissatisfaction among the seniors is to be curbed in the party, everyone should be taken into confidence in taking decisions in the party but it should not be unilateral.
All the indications show that the Chittor MP is also paving his way to leave TDP. And it is an open secret that he is going to join YSRCP.
If the seniors are not talked to and if still they are allowed to leave the party, it only means that the TDP Chief wants a new stream of youngsters to take over the party most probably under the leadership of a new young leader Lokesh.
