Either you deal with the land and buildings of higher value in real estate business to get a sizable cut or do something to make the low valued land to boost its value artificially.  Usually a property goes at a higher rate if basic amenities and proximity to Railway Station, Bus Station or Airport are available.  But land at Kadtal name of which became popular with a meditation event conducted at the newly constructed pyramid meditation center by Pyramid Spiritual Socieites’ founder Subash Patri.  

As the activities were in full swing at the pyramid center, land of the surrounding area went upward in a steep graphical line.  Real Estate business flourished thanks to Patri’s programs there.  When the whole mechanism is busted by the TV Channels, the conspiracy came to the notice of the authorities.  Illegal land grabbing cases and taking the natives for a ride offering low rates came to the surface and agitations went on in the area protesting against Subash Patri.  The problem subsided with the promise of the District Collector to look in to the matter.  

It came out in the investigation that an assigned land of 66 acres was turned in to a real estate business plots around the pyramid.  District Joint Collector ordered the revenue officers to take possession of 7.08 acres of land that was occupied illegally by Subash Patri.  

Subash Patri’s misbehavior with women in the public and in the private chambers was exposed by TV Channels for one week during the Pyramid program conducted by Subash Patri at Kadtal, Mahaboobnagar District which is not too far from Hyderabad.
