Nagam Janardan Reddy founder President of Telangana Nagara Samiti announced that he will merge his party with Bharatiya Janata Party on 3rd June.   He said that he is confident that Telangana State will become a reality with BJP.

Nagam who was in TDP as a senior leader left that party to join the group that is working for a separate Telangana State.  But he was not welcomed by TRS.  He formed Telangana Nagara Samiti but could not muster any activity in the region of Telangana to mark his presence in the politics.  He could not go back to TDP and was not invited by TRS.  He did not see any bright future for Congress and YSR Congress.  After a long thought it seems that he sees a future with BJP that promises a good political life for him.  

Nagam announced that he will contest from Mahaboobnagar for the Parliament seat.  That means BJP must have already promised him to give Mahaboobnagar ticket.
