The former Railway Minister P.K.Bansal who resigned following his nephew Vijay Singla's arrest in the bribery case is going more deep into the trouble now.
It is found that Bansal floated about 100 companies in the names of his family members to route the monies into them to show them as legal earnings. Today the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ordered a probe in to those companies' affairs and the Registrar of Companies is going to go through those companies records in scrutiny.
The order to probe into the companies was initiated with the complaints of BJP MP Krit Somaiya and others filed showing the evidence of the connection those companies have with Bansal.
CBI’s investigation is going on independently as it started. All of it came when Singla aceepted Rs.90 lakhs which was part of the total illegal deal of Rs.10 crores to promote Mahesh Kumar from Member (Staff) of the Railway Board to Member (Electrical) which is lucrative enough to pay that much of bribe.
