Varanasi Balakrishna, Manager of the State Bank of India of Ramabhadrapuram Branch, Saluru, Vizianagaram cheated the Bank by drawing 1.83 crores of rupees under fictitious names.  He showed on the records that loans were sanctioned to those fictitious account holders.  

Balakrishna got greedy with the message he received on his mobile phone that he got a lottery of 2.93 crores.   In order to get that the amount from the lottery conducting organization, he drew 1.83 crores of Rupees and remitted to them.

Finally it became a lottery to the organization that sent a false and deceiving message to Balakrishna who went all the way to take a risk of that sort believing the alluring offer of the cheating lottery company.  

The Saluru Circle Inspector of Police M.Butchiraju told that the manager of the Bank has cheated the Bank and got cheated back by the lottery company.  A case is registered on the Bank Manager and investigation is going on.
