The Congress Party's Incharge on Political affairs of the State Digvijay Singh talked in the meeting he had with the office bearers of the party in Gandhi Bhavan.

Digvijay made some statements on the important issues.  One is the burning Telangana issue on which he assured that the party leadership will take a decision very soon which should be honored by all the leaders of the party.  He asked everyone to go by whatever decision the party takes.  

Talking about Jagan and YSR Congress Party, Digvijay stated that he had good relations with late YS Rajasekhara Reddy.  But, he says, Jaganmohan Reddy is entirely different in personality from his father YSR.  Digvijay Singh gave an offer to the defected party members who went to join YSRCP.  He said that they will be received with warm welcome if they come back to Congress Party.  

He said that the party leaders should not engage in any commercial activity.  They should close those business activities in case they are already engaged in any.  Digvijay Singh is going to attend core committee that will be held with the Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy, PCC President Botsa Satyanarayana and Gulam Nabi Azad who looked after the affairs of the State from political angle of the Congress party in whose place Digvijay Singh is deputed.   He said that he will give his opinion on many issues related to the State in that meeting.
