Yes. It happened so! Pondicherry Minister for Electricity shouted "Jai Samaikyandhra".
Of course it is only done as situation demanded there. Pondicherry Minister Thyagarajan going to Tirupati to have Swamy’s blessings was caught in the traffic. The protesters for Samaikyandhra stopped his vehicle and demanded his verbal support by joining in the sloganeering in favor of the unified State. Thyagarajan shouted the magic words “Jai Samaikyandhra” to get access and succeeded in it.
It happened in Chittoor District, Ramachandrapuram Mandal headquarters where the agitation for Samaikyandhra is organized by the all party leaders that includes Venugopala Naidu, Hari Prasada Naidu, Narasimha Reddy, Babu Naidu, Sundaraiah and others.
During Telangana agitation too many including Cinema actors in the shooting were made to shout slogans in favor of Telangana.
