CBI Court issued orders to Chanchalguda jail to release YS Jagan following the required formalities of sureties and surety amounts completed by Jagan's lawyers.
Heavy security forces are deployed at Chanchalguda jail to avoid any clashes at the time of his release from the jail.
Former minister and Congress party MLA Gade Venkata Reddy welcoming the release orders of Jagan said that he is hopeful of strength to Samaikyandhra now as he has been all the time talking for Samaikyandhra.
Venkata Reddy says that he will support Jagan if he puts his efforts in the endeavor of keeping the State united. But, he says, he will remain in the Congress party although he fights for samaikyandhra. He observes that there is no other stronger party in Seemandhra at present.
The Jail authorities released Jagan and he was received by YSR Congress party leaders gathered at Chanchalguda jail in large numbers since morning.
