As the news came about the approval of Telangana Note in the Cabinet, the people of Telangana Region came out to the roads and expressed their happiness at different places over the decision of the Cabinet.  

Pro Telangana slogans were heard at many places in Hyderabad.  Sweets were distributed and jubilant people danced and fired crackers.  

At the same time the seemandhra people became furious about the decision of the Cabinet.  YSR Congress party gave a bandh call for 72 hours.  

Protests are going on in Chittore district that affected pilgrims going to Tirupati.  Bandh is going on in Ananthapur, Vizianagaram, Nellore, Vizag, Guntur and other districts.  Congress party office was attacked with stones at Done.  

Railway department alerted the railway administrating in the wake of the bandh.  Heavy security is arranged in the railway stations and taking care that the passengers will not suffer due to the bandh call given by different associations.  The situation is being monitored every moment from the Control rooms specially made for it from which the alarming situations if any will be taken to the notice of the Railway officers.
