The Speaker Nadendla Manohar introduced the AP State Reorganization Bill 2013 sent by the President through Union Home Ministry after the house re-assembled after one hour adjournment.
The Assembly Secretary Satharam read out the contents of the Bill in the Assembly.
The copies of the bill translated into Telugu and Urdu were distributed to the Members of the Assembly Legislature. The copy of the bill is made available in the Assembly website.
As the Members representing two regions went to the podium of the Speaker and protested surrounding the Speaker, the house was adjourned for half hour again.
The Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy has not attended the Assembly so far as he is reportedly sick.
