Ever since the Telangana Bill reached AP State Assembly, many Seemandhra region Congress leaders lashed out their high command for being stubborn on the bifurcation issue. Few leaders made controversial statements too and even went on to criticize Sonia Gandhi and top league leaders. The high command too took them seriously and directed the state PCC to issue show cause notice to the leaders to slipped their tongue.
Ex-minister JC Diwakar Reddy was the first to get show cause notice and now PCC is getting ready to give another notice to minister Ganta Srinivas Rao. According to the sources, Ganta has been openly lambasting Congress high command and he is also considering to leave the party and join TDP.
Meanwhile Tourism Minister Chiranjeevi met all the PRP MLAs and requested them not leave Congress party. He assured them all sort of help and even after bifurcation of state, they would be given proper recognition.
