Union Tourism Minister Chiranjeevi's second daughter Srija and her husband Sirish Bharadwaj were issued divorce officially with mutual concern. Srija accused her husband of asking for extra dowry and later she  has been living away from husband for the past two years. According to the reports Srija applied for divorce the moment she got separated from Sirish.

Srija married Sirish on October 17th 2007 without the concern of Parents and later approached Delhi  high court for security to the couple. After an year Srija gave birth to a daughter however things changed as she alleged Sirish of harassing her in the name of extra dowry.  

Sirish Bharadwaj joined Bharatiya Janata Party last year in the presence of Narendra Modi.
