Caretaker chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy has slammed the central government over the bifurcation issue. Kiran who has been leaders, Employees union leaders meet Seemandhra Student Union JAC leaders today in Hyderabad to discuss the strategy for his launch of political party in the name of Samaikyandhra.
Kiran asserted that Center government went ahead with the division for the sake of votes and seats in the upcoming general elections. “The government did not consider the sentiments of majority of the people and so why should respect them when they don't bother about our feelings. State's bifurcation has saddened me more than when I lost my father,” said Kiran.
Kiran addressed the gathering for very long time and has raised very points in the speech. “Even after rejecting the bifurcation bill in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly, why did the government opted for bifurcation. I have quit the Congress for the sake of people not for power or any post.” He question edthe government that, “many people and leaders have sacrificed a lot for Andhra Pradesh formation. Should all their efforts go into dustbin? Telugu community has worked a lot for this development of the state. Especially Hyderabad where many Seemandhra people reside.” Also Kiran clarified that Telangana will be the big loser in the bifurcation. Water will be major issue in Telangana while Students of Seemandhra have to search for jobs. Even after bifurcation, justice cannot be done to both the regions as many issues are interlinked and so the state should continue as untied.
“The Telangana Bill was passed in Parliament in undemocratic way. Black out of live streaming is example for a ruthless division of the state. I will approach the Supreme Court with all the adequate information and at any cost will stall the creation of Telangana, added Kiran. About his political career he said, “I don't need any party's B-form to contest in elections. People are behind me. I will float a new party at appropriate time.”
Interesting comments were made by Kiran in Jagan's bail issue. “There is a deal between Sonia Gandhi and Jagan Mohan Reddy which resulted in his bail. TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu cannot take a bold decision for the sake of united state,” said Kiran.
Overall it appears that Kiran is well prepared to float a party and wants to create a political storm and so he is maintaining silence. Well the date for the launch has fixed and on March 2nd in Rajamundry Kiran will launch the party and Jai Samaikyandhra Party [JSP] is rumored to be the label of it.
