Cabinet to decide on President's Rule

The union cabinet will be meeting today and a decision on President's Rule in Andhra Pradesh may arrive. The Congress high command and Central government which have been thinking over the probabilities of new government formation and President Rule, finally zeroed upon the latter one. This matter has been included in today's agenda of cabinet meet too.

Sonia Gandhi has held discussions with Andhra Pradesh incharge Digvijay Singh and preferred President's Rule than new government. So as Sonia's decision is final in Congress party, the cabinet has taken up the issue and likely to give a nod unanimously.

TRS MP from Medak Vijayashanti joined the Congress party yesterday. Digvijay took her to Sonia's residence in the evening hours and Sonia welcomed her with Congress flag. This has irked TRS party and MLA Harish Rao has slammed Congress on this issue. Day by day, the relations between Congress and TRS are getting worse which clearly shows merger or alliance in the upcoming elections may not be possible.
