Telangana congress leader Shabbir Ali demanded to make Balakrishna as CM of the state, alleging that Naidu is no more eligible to continue in that position.

Speaking to the media, Shabbir said, Chandrababu came to power by backstabbing his uncle NTR. If, Naidu resigns and makes Balakrishna as CM of the state, late NTR soul will be in peace.

On the other hand, it is to be noted that, Balakrishna once expressed his wish of sitting on CM chair, but later due to the internal pressure from the party seniors and Naidu, Balayya had to drop his wish saying in a public meeting that, Naidu would continue to be as CM.
