Service providers seek 1 month time to provide Matthaiah call data

The Telecom service providers said that, they need one month time for providing the call data information of Jerusalem Matthaiah, who was accused in cash for vote scam.

TDP MLA Revanth Reddy is finally out of the jail, as the court granted him the bail. But the cash for vote scam news is still doing rounds in the media. Presently, regarding the case, the ACB officials are investigating on the issue by inquiring on the call data of the officials involved in the case.

Regarding this, the ACB officials inquired about the call data of Matthaiah, accused number 4 in the cash for vote scam. The service providers accepted to provide the data, but asked one month time for it. Regarding this, the service providers even filed a petition in the Vijayawada court. For the investigation on the issue, the court postponed the case to August 3rd.

From the beginning, the service providers are alleged to act on behalf of the Telangana government, in that sense, asking for one long month to provide the call data of Matthaiah is again raising the fresh doubts on them. The political critics are opining that they might be influenced by the Telangana government and might be asking the said time to manipulate the data.
