Sandra Venkata Veeraiah, who was alleged to be one of the key members in the cash for vote scam, was granted the bail by the ACB court today.

Sandra, who underwent ACB interrogation a few days back, was found to be involved in the cash for vote scam. Regarding this, the ACB officials took Sandra into custody for two days and interrogated him from all the sides. However, there are no such fresh issues found in those two days.

After the completion of interrogation, court hearing on the bail petition of Sandra, who applied it in the beginning, was done today. After the scrutiny, the Court granted the bail to Sandra with a few of the conditions.

Conditions of bail to Sandra

Regarding this, Sandra is not allowed to move out his constituency and Rs. 2 lakhs should be paid as the guarantee amount.

All the alleged members in cash for vote scam like TDP MLA Revanth Reddy, Sebastian, Udaya Simha were granted the bail in the past after ACB interrogation. In the same way, Sandra was granted the bail after the  interrogation.

However, the ACB officials are against of granting the bail to any of the alleged members in the cash for vote scam, as they felt that it would mislead the case. So, there is an every possibility of ACB officials to move forward against the alleged members of the scam.
