Amalapuram former MP GE Harsha Kumar’s son GE Sriraj filed a case in Rajahmundry three town police station, against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Tollywood director Boyapati.
The tragic Pushkaraalu deaths incident put the state in deep sorrow. On the other hand, this Pushkaraalu incident was being targeted by the opposition leaders for quite some time and in fact, recently YSRCP MLA Roja expressed her anger.
Now it is the turn of another leader to target the incident. This time it is former MP GE Harsha Kumar’s son GE Sriraj’s turn. The latter who seems deeply hurt by the incident, took the issue more violently, by complaining it to the police. He said that, the tragic deaths at the Pushkaraalu are due to the short film shooting idea of Chandrababu Naidu.
It is known that AP CM thought of shooting the Godavari Pushkaraalu event as a short film and regarding this, he even chosen Legend fame, Boyapati Seenu as the director. Regarding the film, it was heard that he allocated Rs. 7 crores and called up the National Geographic Channel (NGC) crew to shoot the film.
So, basing this incident, GE Sriraj filed a case saying that, Boyapati instructed to release all the devotees at once. Due to this, the stampede took place and so the deaths. He said Boyapati supported Naidu and so asked to investigate both of them.
