For the construction of new capital for Andhra Pradesh in Amaravathi, many Singapore companies are trying to collaborate with the AP government.

It is known that, the AP government already received a master plan for the capital construction at Amaravathi. But, as per the information, there are many other companies like Sembcorp Development and Ascendas-Singbridge, who is showing good interest in collaborating with the AP government.  

In fact, during the recent visit to AP, S Iswaran, Singapore's second minister for Trade and Industry informed to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu that, many other companies are ready to come forward, for supporting AP in the construction of the capital. But Naidu informed the Singapore delegation that, the company which can promise the delivery with speed and also maximum employment will be given the top priority.

Swiss-challenge method in selecting developers for AP Capital  

Based on the Swiss-challenge method, the developer of AP Capital will be locked. In this particular method, the company that loses the bid, can challenge the selected company, by coming up with a better working model. Regarding this, the Andhra Pradesh government is expected to call the tenders, for various construction
projects, in the proposed Capital region soon.

It is good to know that, many companies are coming forward to collaborate with AP government. If the same enthusiasm is observed in the quality of the work they give; AP will surely have the world’s best capital.
