Siricilla Rajaiah, his wife and son, are ordered for 14 days remand and are shifted to Warangal central jail.

It is known that, Rajaiah’s daughter in law, Sarika and her three kids, have died in a mysterious fire accident, in the early hours of Wednesday.

Sarika, who has allegedly been harassed by her husband Anil, father in law former MP Rajaiah and her mother in law Madhavi, were arrested on the same day afternoon, after Sarika’s sister and family complained that, it was not a fire accident, but a murder.
 
As per the complaint given by Sarika’s mother, the police filed the cases under the sections 498A, CRPC 174, IPC 306.

Sarika death mystery: Remand to Rajaiah and his family

Health tests and basic inquiry about the case was conducted on Rajaiah and his family. Currently, 14 days remand was ordered by the court and are shifted to Warangal central jail. Along with Rajaiah and his family, the cases are even filed on Anil’s second wife Sana, and so the police are currently in search of her.  

The police filed the FIR, considering Anil as A1 accused, Rajaiah as A2, Rajaiah’s wife as A3 and Anil’s second wife Sana as A4.  

On the other hand, postmortem formalities are completed on Sarika and her three kids dead bodies. The report stated that the bodies are completely destroyed. A few of the samples are collected from the bodies and are sent to Hyderabad lab, to conduct the investigation.

In the post mortem report, it was stated that, due to the intense of heat, the bones in all the four bodies are broken and they are alive, while being burnt in fire.

The public demanded that, the final rites should be performed by Sarika’s husband and  her family. But Rajaiah’s family refused to come forward and so, with the support of  Vishwa Bramhana Sangham, Sarika’s final rites are held in Warangal, Pothana Nagar grave yard yesterday.
