Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has released a statement in AP Assembly, regarding the call money issue, saying that, about 80 people from YSRCP are involved in the call money scam.
Today morning, TDP leaders said that, they would discuss about the call money, after discussing about Ambedkar. But the unwilling oppositions raised protests and the speaker, who was left with no other option, had to suspend YSRCP leaders, for stressing on call money, till the completion of Ambedkar topic discussion.
In the afternoon session, as promised, Chandrababu Naidu, started discussing about the call money issue. Regarding the scam, he released the statement saying that, call money cases are filed against 227 people, out of which 188 are arrested and among those 188, 80 people are from YSRCP itself.
Not stopping there, Naidu even started spelling out those names, revealing Yalamanchili Sri Rammurthy as the first one, Bhavani Shankar as the second and Chennupati Srinu as the third person, who was arrested in the call money scam.
Naidu further said, “All the 227 people and even any others found involved in the call money scam will not be spared, even if they belong to TDP. All those cases will be justified, by arranging a special court in Vijayawada.”
On the other side, YSRCP officials, along with Jagan, severely reacted to the issue, saying that, it is Chandrababu Naidu, who is the first person to be involved in the call money scam. Jagan went on stressing the same, by showing the photos of Chandrababu Naidu with the call money scam organizers.
Referring to Anganwadi women, who protested against Naidu, in the morning, Jagan said that, he cheated the Anganwadi women, promising them, that he will hike salaries and now ignoring it.
As the hall went with loud shouts of either side leaders, assembly is currently postponed for 10 minutes.
