75 Luxury Buses in Hyderabad Gets WiFi Facility

In a new initiative by the government, 4 G wi-fi facility has been launched in 75 metro luxury buses in Hyderabad. Passengers can avail the facility for 20 minutes every day, without any stop on data. It means that passengers can download or view their desired content every day for free.

For the access to the WiFi, passengers can approach the bus conductor who will give the one-time password. If you want to use the internet more than 20 min you need to pay Rs.25 to get 100 MB for the next 24 minutes.

In the first step, 20 buses travelling between LB and Lingampally, 23 from Dilshuknagar to Lingampally, 10 from Uppal to Lingampally, 8 from Uppal to Wave rock and 14 from ECIL crossroad to Wave rock will have the access to free Wifi.

Telangana State Road Transport Corporation(TSRTC) in association with M/S Go Rural India has extended the facility. In future 115 AC buses will get the facility. This new facility was introduced on Wednesday by Chairman of the corporation, Somarapu Satyanarayana.
