Sasikala in More Trouble, AIADMK MLA Blames Sasikala of ‘Kidnapping’

Looks like V K Sasikala is in more trouble now. In the latest report, an AIADMK MLA from Madurai, S Saravanan has filed a kidnapping case against Sasikala and Palanisamy in Kuvathur Police Station on Wednesday. He alleged that Sasikala has kidnapped all the MLAs and forcefully put them in the resort against their will.
Based on the complaint the police filed and FIR against AIADMK General Secretary and its Legislature Party Leader.
The two were charged under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) concerning to the kidnapping and wrongful detention.
Saravanan, who represents Madurai South, went to acting Chief Minister O Panneerselvam's residence late night on Monday this week and told reporters that he had escaped from the Koovathur resort by climbing a wall.
Saravanan also alleged that he had to change himself in order to escape from the resort. He alleged that party MLAs were kept at the Koovathur resort and he ran away by wearing a "t-shirt and Bermuda (shorts)".
"If a floor test is held today, Panneerselvam will win it. Both those who have come to his side and those who have not will vote for him," he had said.
The Supreme Court on Tuesday found Sasikala guilty in DA case and broke all her hopes of becoming the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. She was sentenced to four years jail. Sasikala reached Bengaluru in the evening.
She also visited late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa’s memorial beforing leaving for Bengaluru.
She spoke to all her MLAs and said that “They can't jail my thoughts. Whether I'm here or in another state, I will work for the party 24 hours a day. Our enemy Karunanidhi lodged this case and we should ensure that his party DMK does not come to power again in Tamil Nadu.”
