Hyderabad airport named Rajiv Gandhi International Airport located in Shamshabad secured first position across the globe in the prestigious Airports Council International (ACI)-Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey. This is for the year 2016 and it came after 15 million passengers have been asked. The service quality of GMR’s Hyderabad International Airport improved from 4.4 in 2009 to 4.9 in 2016. It has been measured on a scale of 1 to 5 as per GHIAL.

GMR Authorities thanked the travelers for their feedback and rating them the best. The efforts put by the service airlines, housekeeping and the support staff made the airport rate to be the top. Hyderabad Airport is currently in its ninth year of operations. It has been growing immensely every year.
