TS Irrigation and Marketing Minister Harish Rao’s Sensational Comments On Congress Leaders:- The Minister for Irrigation and Marketing T Harish Rao has made some sensational comments on Congress leaders.

Rao asked the people to teach an appropriate lesson to the Congress leaders, who were making irrelevant criticism against the state. That State which has succeeded in achieving remarkable progress in development and welfare sector in the last three years.

After laying foundation stone for several development works, addressing a public meeting at Miryalaguda, Harish Rao alleged that the Congress leaders against the state government, were indulging in mud slinging, unable to digest the increasing popularity to the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao.

Referring to the statements of the Congress leaders to stage dharnas on the issues of farmers, he made it clear that the Congress had no moral right to talk about farmers’ issues. He pointed out that the farmers faced lathi charge and police cases while waiting in queue for fertilizers, incurred losses due to power cuts and lack of go-down facilities.

Stating that the government was giving top priority to the welfare of the people, he listed out the welfare measures of the state government like KCR kits, hike in pensions and others.

He has also stated that to make the quality health services accessible to the poor people, the state government has developed required facilities in government hospitals.

“Neethi Ayog has also appreciated Mission Kakatiya and Mission Bhagiratha, but the Congress leaders were also leveling allegations on them with an intention that they were bringing good name to the government”, he said.

Among those who participated in the meeting were Ministers Thummala Nageshwar Rao, G Jagdish Reddy, Zilla Parishad Chairman Baku Nail, Nalgonda MP Gutha Sukender Reddy, Miryalaguda MLA N Bhasker Rao.
