TD May Let Revanth Reddy To Quit On His Own?:- According to party sources, the TD President and party chief, N. Chandrababu Naidu will not expel party leader, A. Revanth Reddy. It will be left to Revanth Reddy to play his hand.
“Why should we suspend or expel him? We have removed him from the two posts. If he wants to remain in the party and retain the posts, he should convince Mr Naidu. Our reports say he will quit on his own in the next few days,” said the source.
Even after Mr. Naidu met with TS TD leaders, the suspense over Mr. Revanth Reddy continued. Naidu returned from his foreign tour on Friday. Mr. Naidu, was brief by TS TD President L. Ramana on the developments on the Revanth Reddy front. Moreover, Naidu was requested by few leaders for one-on-one meetings. After attending the Assembly session, Mr. Revanth Reddy came to the meeting, and sought personal audience. For one-on-one meetings, Mr. Naidu then invited everyone to Vijayawada. Revanth Reddy, however, refused to talk to the media. He stated that he would first speak to Mr. Naidu and explain his stand.
