Max Hospital License Cancelled For Declaring Infant Dead:- A premature baby was wrongly declared dead by a team of doctors last week and the parents have been left in shock after finding the baby alive. The incident took place in Max Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi and the hospital authorities suspended two doctors in this incident. The baby however died on Thursday at a local nursing home in Pitampura after battling for a week. A panel has been formed by the Delhi Government after the incident has been widely criticised all over.

After a thorough investigation, the license of the Max Hospital has been cancelled. Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain called it pure negligence and it has been unacceptable. The incident took place on November 30th and Ashish Kumar's wife gave birth to twins (baby boy and baby girl). After the boy has been declared dead, the family rushed to a nearby hospital and confirmed that the boy was alive. The parents have been badly disturbed with the incident and they revealed that they would fight till the justice comes.
