Karnataka BJP Dreams Shattered By Telugu People:- Karanataka Elections turned out to be the most discussed topic yesterday and BJP managed to win 104 seats out of the 222 seats in the state. The leading party fell short of getting complete majority and Congress along with JDS is in plans to form the government in the state. The news is that Telugu people have been one of the major reasons for BJP not getting clear majority. Telugus comprise of 15.5% of the state's population and with AP badly rejecting in granting special status by BJP, they decided not to vote for BJP.
Raichur, Koppal, Bellary, Chikkaballapur, and Kolar districts have majorly Telugu people and BJP managed to get 7 seats out of the 32 seats across the five districts of the state. This is a clear indication that Telugu people preferred to stay against BJP because of which the party fell short of getting a clear majority. We have to wait for some more time to see who forms the government in Karnataka.
