Telangana's New Zonal System Gets Presidential Nod:- Telangana has been eagerly waiting for the approval of the new zonal system which got the Presidential nod finally. It will come into force once the gazette notification will be officially issued by the Telangana Government. The new zonal system allows 95% reservations for the locals and other 5% to the open category in public employment and education. Telangana Chief Minister KCR thanked Indian President Ram Nath Kovind for taking the process ahead.

The new presidential order has replaced the old one which has been in existence from the past 43 years in the united Andhra Pradesh. KCR during his last visit to New Delhi explained Prime Minister Narendra Modi about the importance of zonal system and how it would lead to the development of the state. The new system will have seven zones and two multi zones. This will have a fair deal and transparency in recruitment along with the transfer of local employees.
