Chandra Babu Gets A Temporary Relief From Maharastra Court:- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu got a relief from the Maharastra Court in connection with the 2010 Babli agitation case. Babu has been slapped with non-bailable warrant and has been asked to appear before the court earlier. Naidu has been to USA during the time to attend the UNO Forum speech and his lawyers presented his views in the Dharmabad court. The court today heard the arguments of Chandra Babu's lawyers today after which it exempted him from attending the hearing that has been scheduled on October 15th. The court also adjourned the case to November 3rd.
Babu's lawyers sought exemption for Babu for November 3rd too but the court did not entertain the act. Babu's lawyers argued that he never received any arrest warrant from the court. The prosecution argued that the arrest warrants were sent to Naidu's Hyderabad residence, his lawyers revealed that Babu is a frequent visitor to his Hyderabad residence but he never received any warrants about the same. Some of the legal experts suggested Chandra Babu not to attend the court and asked him to go ahead with the legal recourse.
