Rs 8 Cr Cash Seized in Narayanaguda:- With elections heading in the country soon, the Election Commission kept a close watch on the money transactions. With election code coming into effect, one cannot carry cash over Rs 50,000. Huge amounts of money got seized across the Telugu states and the Taskforce cops seized cash worth Rs 8 crores today in Narayanaguda. This created a sensation all over. The initial investigation revealed that the cash was brought for a leader from BJP. The cops conducted random checks at Himayat Nagar circle and they seized the amount.

They seized Rs 2 crores initially and they got to trace Rs 6 crores near a bank in Narayanaguda and seized the cash too. This is the first time such a huge amount has been nabbed during this election season. The cops are collecting the information and four people have been arrested in relation with this case.
