PVP's Legal Notice to Kesineni Nani:- Businessman and film producer Prasad V Potluri joined YSRCP and contested from Vijayawada Parliament segment. On Tuesday, PVP sent a legal notice to Vijayawada MP Kesineni Nani who alleged of making comments on PVP against money laundering. PVP accused Nani of making defamatory statements during a recent interview. Bharucha & Partners, who represent PVP served the legal notices to Kesineni Nani. The interview was uploaded on YouTube on March 26th.

“In the broadcast, our client was wrongfully, recklessly defamed with intent to tarnish his reputation and image. You baselessly alleged that our client is a cheat, an economic offender, international criminal, imposter and is guilty of fraud, money laundering and unfit to remain in society,” read the notice. All the defamatory statements have been mentioned in the notice.

Kesineni Nani called PVP an economic offender who threatens actors and filmmakers. Nani also alleged that there would be land scams in Vijayawada if PVP comes to power. Nani also alleged that PVP involved in money laundering of black money owned by AP Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy.
