Kulbhushan Jadhav Case: A Rude Shock for Pak:- Kulbhushan Jadhav case created a sensation all over and the case is left in International Court of Justice (ICJ). The top court pronounced its verdict today and it directed Pakistan to review the conviction of Kulbhushan Jadhav. The court also asked Pakistan to keep the death sentence on hold. ICJ also asked Islamabad to allow New Delhi consular access at the earliest. The ICJ said that Jadhav's execution will be on hold until Islamabad reviews the conviction with perfection.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi welcomed the move. He took his twitter to say "We welcome today’s verdict in the @CIJ_ICJ. Truth and justice have prevailed. Congratulations to the ICJ for a verdict based on extensive study of facts. I am sure Kulbhushan Jadhav will get justice. Our government will always work for the safety and welfare of every Indian,”. A 15-member bench of ICJ worked for over five months after hearing the submissions from India and Pakistan. Kulbhushan Jadhav is a retired Indian Navy officer who was arrested by the security officers of Pakistan on March 3rd 2016.
