One More Major Blow for TDP: Rayapati Decides to Quit:- After the disastrous defeat in the recent Assembly and Parliament polls, Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has been facing a tough time across the state. Several senior leaders and MPs called it a quit and walked into BJP as the party is in power at the Centre. Despite of TDP Chief Chandra Babu Naidu trying out his level best, several leaders have been looking towards other parties. Senior leader and ex-MP Rayapati Sambasiva Rao who has been idle from sometime decided to move out from TDP.

A close source to the senior politician said that Rayapati Sambasiva Rao will soon join BJP. He held discussions with BJP spokesperson Ram Madhav from the past couple of days. BJP failed badly in AP and is in plans to get some good leaders on board from the regional parties. Already Rajya Sabha TDP MPs joined BJP and now Rayapati Sambasiva Rao is all set to join the party. BJP already announced that a bunch of TDP MLAs are holding talks to join their party soon. TDP is turning weak with the exit of several crucial leaders.
