Telangana High Court Dismisses the Petition on Kodela's Death Case:- Andhra Pradesh ex-Speaker and senior TDP leader Kodela Siva Prasad Rao committed suicide due to political pressure and the incident created a sensation across the Telugu states. A petition has been filed in the Telangana High Court seeking CBI probe in the incident. The petition came for hearing today and the court dismissed the petition. Borragadda Anil Kumar filed this petition saying that there are many questions and facts hidden behind his case.

The court said that the case is already under investigation and CBI inquiry is not possible as of now. TDP Chief Chandra Babu Naidu too wanted a thorough enquiry and blamed YSRCP for mounting pressure on Kodela. With Kodela killing himself in Hyderabad, the Telangana police registered a case and they are investigating the matter. Telangana cops investigated Kodela's family members and they will soon record the statement of Kodela's son.
