High Court Has a Shock for AP Government:- The Andhra Pradesh Government received a huge shock after the state's High Court asked to fix a deadline for the capital construction in the state. AP Chief Justice JK Maheshwari said that there are no minimum facilities in the premises of the High Court after which the comments about the capital were made. Several advocates in the High Court complained about having minimum facilities over these months. With these developments, the AP High Court issued a two-week deadline for the government of Andhra Pradesh to clarify about the capital and its construction.

The court even questioned about taking shelter in guest houses and they asked to update about the construction of quarters for the employees and judges. YSRCP took charge this May but they are yet to clarify their stand on Amaravati which is named as the new capital of Andhra Pradesh. The High Court warned that they would issue the orders to complete the construction of the capital if the government delays things. AP High Court said that YS Jaganmohan Reddy is comfortable with his residence and office but others are struggling for minimum facilities. AP Government is yet to respond to this.
